What is your character doing?: nothing atm! he's sort of minding the oceans (not really) but mostly just rubbing them in everybody's face, is being trained in supervillainy on the sly by eddie, fretting about feferi, fretting about karkat, fretting about his quadrants, fretting, and about to start private school! pretty mundane stuff, as far as he goes.

What kinds of plots are you after?: anything! he's always a good antagonizing force if you need one, and can also be conned/persuaded/tricked/etc. into helping others if he believes it benefits him in some way. just don't expect him to not be a big fat jerk the whole time!!
Is your character open for pairings?: he's taken redrom-wise, but all his other quadrants are open! he's also terrible and exhausting to have in any quadrant (and fourteen).
Powers: hope manipulation! blowing shit up! alien to human transformation!! the hope manipulation is probably the most relevant, as he can (and often does) fuck with the hope of people who drift into his fifteen foot radius.

What is your character doing?: he's seething about the whole bus explosion thing, getting angrier and angrier with lachesis and about his lack of control over his situation, worrying endlessly, stewing in survivor guilt and self hatred. he'll leap at the opportunity to do something active beyond running around on the network gathering information and yelling at people, to be quite honest. he just got out of hospital a few days ago and during the trauma tentacles plot is absent due to being locked in a room by his moirail and shooshed for his own safety.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: mentally and emotionally are always a yes, and physically i'm willing to get him knocked around a bit but nothing life threatening. he's still healing from the hellbus plot, bear in mind.
Does your character have a job?: nope! he's thirteen too so i don't know how many job opportunities would be floating around for him.
Is your character on a team?: noooot really. he's more or less resigned to the trolls no longer being able to be defined as a team and is super disillusioned with himself as a leader. still, if something came up to prompt it, he would probably try to round as many of them back up again as he could to do something.
What kinds of plots are you after?: ANYTHING AT ALL! i love both cr related and action plots, lay it on me. shadow wants YOU for plots. yes, you.
Is your character open for pairings?: he certainly is, for any quadrant except for moirallegiance, but be warned. he's thirteen and terrible at romance and his own feelings and takes for-fucking-ever with it.
Powers: empathy! he can sense negativity in a thirty foot radius, at its strongest near him, and fading out gradually the further away from him you are. basically, if it's unpleasant or uncomfortable, he can sense it. he can also calm it down/alleviate it if he himself is calm, though he doesn't know he can or how yet.
i'll also be porting him out and power updating him in the near future and he'll be getting bond manipulation. i.e. he'll be able to consciously and subtlely sense and manipulate the bonds between people as long as they are in physical proximity to him. more on that coming soon so watch this space!!
Skills: leading, fighting with a sickle/grappling/close combat, at dealing with and giving advice on other people's relationships, yelling really loudly, being obnoxious, constructing huge tangential rants, going without sleep for up to and beyond an entire month. STUFF.

He's all about the plot devices.

What is your character doing?: Currently he's unconscious and in the Import clinic, after being badly injured during the Void attack. He's also going to be affected by Astral's rage plot later in the month, and even aside from that, he has a lot of anger/angst issues right now because of his best friend (Tom) and girlfriend (Sofia) both leaving the City. And on top of that Jenny died during the void attack, and even though he knows she's likely to come back, he'll be deeply upset/angry about that too. He will be making a post soon where these issues will likely manifest themselves in Julian Being A Dick To Everyone. Which he is anyway, but more so.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: He just got hurt! But yes, always.
Does your character have a job?: He does, he's in the DOI. Last time I had talked about wanting to find a new job for him because his mentality following his canon update doesn't really fit the DOI anymore. That was made clear to him during mini-war, though he likes Callie's attitude regarding ImBargo so he's kind of torn? Anyway, this is an issue I would like to resolve...somehow. Yes.
Is your character on a team?: Yeah, he's on team Pee On England. Which he calls the Hellions but nobody else does. Anyway his teammates are Jenny Q, QQ, Striker, and Terry, so call them whatever you like! No swearing pls there are kids listening.

Also I want him to deal with Sofia and Tom leaving, which he probably won't do particularly well because what is dealing with issues healthily?
