not!meme~
Because I wondered this sometime yesterday night and it's been a not!meme idea ever since:
Why do you play the character(s) you play? Did you pick them up on a whim, is there anything in particular about their personality you love? Or are you just good at them and decided to run with it?

Ever since then, Danny's been my favorite character and Iron Fist has been my favorite series. I've reread Immortal Iron Fist god knows how many times (I used to read it every night for canon review) and have used it to teach the principles of comics to my comic book group.
Danny was my first character, not only on LJRP but in... fandom RP in general. I've only been playing him since... idk last July? I was pretty bad when I first started, remained bad, came here, was slightly-less-bad, got meh again, and now I'm hoping I'm... finally okay with him.
As for Baroona, well. In 10th grade I discovered Ares on the website onemanga. It had... I think 117 chapters then? I don't remember. It had a lot, is all. I started reading it, was intrigued by how different the art was, and then fell in love with the series once I saw how the fight scenes were illustrated. Unfortunately, after I got into it, the group that was scanlating it... stopped and the series was basically dead for... over a year or two? Luckily, I had downloaded all the volumes (the series was complete in the Raw version), but sadly... I don't know Korean and had no idea what was happening.
So I lost interest in Ares until recently, when a new scanlation group picked it up again. Then, I renewed my love for both the series, and Baroona and got the idea to throw him in here for the LOLs. I also wanted to try out a historical character, and see how much trouble they'd have adjusting to a place so advanced to them. I really wanted to have a character that would see the world in a much... idk... different view. One that was more childlike and accepting-but-not at the same time.
Also, there was and still is the potential for a lot of funny scenarios with him.
