I need advice/tutorial links/whatevs on the process of... taking PBs and shooping their hair odd colors. (Since experimentation would seem to indicate that I kind of suck at shooping anything that isn't 2-D and drawn by underpaid Japanese people.)
This definitely has nothing to do with any anime robots who may or may not happen to have blue hair.
And the proposed PB in question is definitely not Gaspard Ulliel.
And this definitely is not related in any way to Operation "Give Shockwave A Fucking Heart Attack When Bruno Gets Canon-Updated."
