It's all head canon except the month. In the first Firestar mini, we meet Angie on her 13th birthday, which is revealed to be in autumn just after the start of the school year, which to me means September.
I chose September 23rd because I actually have a strange personal fondness for the number 23, and because I forgot to pick a birthday for her before the middle of September and I wanted to do a log about it lol. Angelica is twenty-four. I base this off her being at least twenty-two when she got cancer, since it's stated that she's been barhopping with Felicia and the gang for awhile at that point. She's also still in college and has been since 1998 fffff. And lastly, volume #1 of Firestar was released in 1986, so it all fits into a nice little bow.
