WOW WE SURE HAVE HAD A LOT OF NOT!MEMES LATELY
and it's my turn! Specifically, what does your character find attractive in others? it could be physical traits, personality traits, hobbies, that Sims-esque heart-shaped hot tub full of somebody else's blood in their back room, anything - what do they look for in a prospective partner? do they admit to looking for these things? do they event realize they look for these things? Basically through that one-panel flashback of Bruce dying (I guess for real that time), Damian seems pretty young, not older than 15 I estimate. So in the ten-year interim before he completely turns into Grant Morrison I suppose he just guilt trips for life and doesn't think himself worthy of love, or just gets so obsessed with getting rid of evil that nothing else seems to matter. He has no personal life, and "Damian" doesn't really exist it any real way, so he essentially is just Batman all the time.
Of course in order for that to work every single other Batfam member would also have to be dead, because otherwise why would they let Damian shave his head and live off Tylenol and become a cat lady.
But basically...revenge/obsession outweighs romance?? Idek.
