1. Greatest strength: Loyalty. If he's your friend, he's a good one. He's highly protective, supportive, and generally on the side of anyone he considers to be a friend.
Greatest weakness: I'd say pride. He pretty much thinks he can do no wrong, even when there's a lot of evidence that he's wrong. This attitude infects pretty much every single aspect of his life, from interactions with people to fights that he's in. He's not as good as he thinks he is, but he's incapable of recognising that. If other people treat him well, are friendly, are encouraging, and all things like that, he'll love them. People who show him what he'd consider to be disrespect will just have a constant grudge held against them. All of those attitude problems come from pride. And when things go wrong for him, he rarely sees that he's been at fault because of this. If anything, things going wrong just tends to make him worse.
2. He would say his greatest strength is leadership, or some ridiculous thing like that. He doesn't understand why people fail to recognise this back home.
He'd...actually have trouble identifying a weakness. I mentioned that pride thing, right? But if he was forced to pick something, he'd say it was that he cares about people too much. If he didn't care about anyone, things would be so much easier.
