uh let's see TERRA doesn't have any canon romantic interests, which is pretty nice considering her character arc is about discovering WHAT LOVE IS (and she finds it in adopting a city of orphans, heck yeah!) Fandom ships her a lot with... well, pretty much everyone, which only got worse when Dissidia came out.
In the City, there's been two! The first was Keith, with the help of some magical jewelry from Aphrodite, but that ended when he kissed her and then immediately tried to kill her! But they are friends now so it's fine. Later she sort of managed to trip her way into dating Zelgadis -- Elle already covered most of it, but basically one of her "I'm not human so how will I ever know what love is like?" depression fests turned into a fight that ended with him going BUT I LOVE YOU DON'T LEAVE 8( and Terra was just like OH and then they were tragic for a while. Then he died and it became slightly less tragic! But that won't last. Suckers.
Right now, she's still convinced that her end of this is in the range of "he's my best friend, I care about him a lot, and I don't want him to be sad (also kissing is nice)" platonic affection/love, not like Hollywood WEDDINGS AND BABIES romance.
