Example:

Canon: This field almost writes itself.
What is your character doing?: The sorts of shenanigans they are up to this very second.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: If Y, how much and in what situation.
Does your character have a job?: If N, would they like one? If Y, are they hiring?
Is your character on a team?: If N, would they like to be?
What kinds of plots are you after?: C&C encompasses the cliches of almost every genre! If you just have a direction you want to take your character, but no specific plots in mind, feel free to list that, too. Mayhap people will brainstorm. These plots needn't happen immediately either, obviously!
Is your character open for pairings?: If there’s anything you ship, you can list them if you want! Feel free to describe your character's quirks or general type.
Powers: List them. Are these powers widely known?
Skills: What are they good at? Fighting, calligraphy, underwater basketweaving, etc? Anything you'd like to work into a plot.
Likes: This also applies to personality traits that they gel with.
Dislikes: Personality traits apply here, too.
Anything else?: Free space for all your tl;dr needs. NOT JUST AN INVITATION TO POST A FUNNY GIF.

What is your character doing?: Being the Green Goblin (in training), feeding her cats (too much), doing homework (not enough), drinking with older dudes (and laughing at them, read: julian keller), writing kanaya's name in her diary and drawing a heart around it.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: yes i am.
Does your character have a job?: yes she does.
Is your character on a team?: team green goblin, team kanaya maryam, team rose is the best dave sucks.
What kinds of plots are you after?: anything. everything. i am very much open to anything. i will very much agree to do anything with you. i am a very open minded girl. if your plot involves playing solitaire, even better. i am the solitaire champion. rose is probably very bad at solitaire, however. she is very good at writing, however.
Is your character open for pairings?: technically yes but why would you.
Powers: future seeing, hand magic that is of the offensive kind, can fly.
Skills: knitting, sewing, writing pornographic fanfiction, being very funny, being very charming, being very sarcastic, can read people like they are books with 98% accuracy. is good at knowing when edward nygma is actually talking about his masturbatory habits and trying to cover it up like he was talking about norman osborn instead (much grosser than she originally thought it would be).
Likes: cocktails. thank you canon, for giving me something i too know very well. also cats.
Dislikes: this list is probably too boring.
Anything else?: i forgot what rose's powers were don't look at me.

What kinds of plots are you after?: plots were harley uses her medical professional. plots were harley fires a gun. plots were harley sleeps on your characters couch and clips her toenails in their kitchen. plots were harley is in a high speed road chase with a bag full of money.
Is your character open for pairings?: yes but why would anyone ever.
Powers: she's fast and heals faster.
Skills: good at her job. both jobs (legal and illegal).
Likes: food, funny things, sleeping.
Dislikes: batman because he's rude.
