I could talk a lot about how fabulous all your RP is, but I think I'd like to focus on one thing right now: how responsive you are with plotting. I've played in more than a few games where the mods ranged from uncooperative to downright obstructionist when it came to players who wanted to investigate and affect the game's overarching plot. So I constantly find myself appreciating how willing you are to work with players who want to contribute to the worldbuild and ongoing metaplot, even when it means more work for you as a mod.
