I'm apping Oz this app cycle but I had an idea for something after watching Tropic Thunder yesterday and it's so cracky that I'm not sure anyone else thinks it would be fun to watch in a train wreck sort of way like I do.

There is a serious question under that pile of spam.

Tim is going to try and learn to vapourize things from Tommy. Now - that vapourizing thing is basically Tommy moving molecules fast enough to destabilize matter and make it explode. The only way this can be logical is if he is able to perform a mini nuclear fission by doing so and that is how I am understanding it. I have never seen any other speedsters doing the same, it's kind of a Speed's thing.

Now the question is - can speedster learn things from each other? If one has a neat speedster trick, can others learn it too after a while?
