1. Cut a hole in the box Log into the account you want to make into a sponsored account! Then Click here!
2. Scroll down and hit the ticky box to OPT IN to Cyrillic services.
3. Manage your account! And click the darker green box on the right since we're cheapskates.
4. Click on that big Euro-whatever button, agree to ToS, etc
5. Go upload more icons!!

6. Optional: go turn off Cyrillic services. You will still have a sponsored account.
