So, hey, GDS. I have an inquiry.

You see, I have been wanting to app a certain red-headed sidekick from a certain very famous book series about a boy wizard. HOWEVER, I would really like to try playing him from well after the story itself takes place, in which he is a young adult with a bitty household and a job and stuff and there's no war.

Because there are a lot of other Harry Potter characters, I thought it might be prudent to ask opinions and make sure this wouldn't be a huge Do Not Want. Also, even though Rowling has stated a few things about the characters after the war/before the epilogue, that's a very vaguely defined point in canon, so. I'm paranoid about trying, I guess! Console me or talk me down?

In short:
1. TwentyThirty-six-ish Ron Weasley. Want?
2. Is fyeahcannons an acceptable username?
3. I can't ever find PBs what is this...
4. He won't tell anybody they're dead. Or that they're married. Or that they have babies. His mind will be blown by the mobiphones and ~time travel~ that doesn't make sense.

OH ALSO... Can anybody advise me about how HP-brand magic works in the City? Like, is it spun in any particular way that fit it to the environment, or is it just... The same ol' HP-brand magic?

FINALLY, AFTER 9000 YEARS, the Motorbikes for Errbody post is actually up!

So yeah, if you want your character to pick up one of Bruno's custom motorbikes, post here and we'll hash out the details! Which will mostly involve you going "I want it be this this and this and go this fast" and me going "yeah it's totally plausible for Bruno to have built that! STAMP OF APPROVAL." Stuff like custom paint jobs are always an option too (Bruno is basically bros with the owners of every motorcycle customization/repair shop in the greater City metropolitan area) but those parts can get hashed out ICly if you want.

Also if you like I can go and hunt down a "motorcycle PB" for you, like I did for Cassandra's soon-to-be bat-cycle and Bruno's personal ride.
