Employment Directory!

It occurred to me today that I have no idea what some characters in the City do for a living, what their jobs skills are, etc. So after consulting some fellow players, I decided to make a little directory post for character jobs, that way if your character needs the services of a doctor, a lawyer, a bartender, a mechanic, a general laborer, etc., you can look on one centralized list to find out which characters can lend you a hand!

If you'd like to be included, please fill out this handy-dandy form and reply to this post. And please please please split your characters up, one per post. This is because I will be linking entries to this post directory style, sorted by job description.

Also if for some reason the form freaks out and doesn't work properly, please let me know! :)

List job title and description here<br /><strong>Employer:</strong> If they have a boss, list 'em here. If they are self-employed or don't have one... well... you can figure it out.<br /><strong>Education:</strong> Does your character have education related to their chosen field, i.e. diplomas or degrees? Also if you are a current student, indicate that here!<br /><b>Relevant powers or skills:</b> Does your character have a power, ability, or skill that is related to their career?<br /><b>Work location:</b> Where is their work located? If you aren't sure, don't worry about this field.<br /><b>Prior work experience:</b> If they had a job prior to working in the City, what was it?<br /><b>Anything else?:</b> Any other pertinent information goes here!

THE CR/PLOT MEME!



01 Make a post with your name on it.
02 Reply to that post with your characters' meme responses. Everyone gets their own comment. The meme will be organized. (Refer here for examples.)
03 Go comment on other people's threads with your ideas! A meme won't work if people post and don't respond. Do not be intimidated, people post because they want responses, yes even yours.

Example:

Name: That's the character in question.
Canon: This field almost writes itself.
What is your character doing?: The sorts of shenanigans they are up to this very second.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: If Y, how much and in what situation.
Does your character have a job?: If N, would they like one? If Y, are they hiring?
Is your character on a team?: If N, would they like to be?
What kinds of plots are you after?: C&C encompasses the cliches of almost every genre! If you just have a direction you want to take your character, but no specific plots in mind, feel free to list that, too. Mayhap people will brainstorm. These plots needn't happen immediately either, obviously!
Is your character open for pairings?: If there’s anything you ship, you can list them if you want! Feel free to describe your character's quirks or general type.
Powers: List them. Are these powers widely known?
Skills: What are they good at? Fighting, calligraphy, underwater basketweaving, etc? Anything you'd like to work into a plot.
Likes: This also applies to personality traits that they gel with.
Dislikes: Personality traits apply here, too.
Anything else?: Free space for all your tl;dr needs. NOT JUST AN INVITATION TO POST A FUNNY GIF.
