Sooooooooo hi. I'm a gigantic dork-o-rama, and in a fit of ridiculous fangirl lust, I gave Vimes-y here a PB makeover. (Much love to Pete, but finding iconable pictures of him was difficult. Not so Mr. Leary.) (And also, if Denis is the PB, I....will probably play him more. >_> Shut up I do not just RP men I find attractive that's a blatant falsehood.)
ALSO. Vimes has been offered the position of "Chief of Police" with Optimus Prime, and we agreed to handwave the interview. (This is still kosher, right, Prime-mun?)
So, the way I see it is, Vimes fills the Commissioner Gordon sort of role, not going out and busting perps directly (much to his chagrin), but being the one who's getting all the newbie cops organized, figuring out who's got what equipment, and basically freaking the fuck out over guns everywhere. Still.
He's been quiet for the last couple of weeks because he's been trying to figure everything out...and try against try to get home to Sybil and Sam Jr. No luck. So now he's going to do the job in front of him, as best he can.
...Anybody want a rage-o-holic cop from the wrong dimension of time poking around in their plots? :D?
