Alright asking this now so I'll have plenty of time to review canon.

Empowered - Self conscious and a bit nerdy super hero from a comedy series. She has a super suit that is incredibly thin, tearing easily and making her lose powers if she doesn't have the confidence needed in herself. The suit gives her super strength, energy blast form her hands, allows her to stick to any surface, when in extreme danger wings form from the back and allow her to fly and increase the power of the energy blast (although in this state she is unaware of what is going on). The mask magnifies her eyesight as well as gives her "x-ray vision", this works even if the suit is torn unlike the rest of the suit's abilities. The suit can also turn invisible...but only the suit, Emp has yet to figure out how to extend the effect to herself. Downfall: haven't played in over a year and the new volume comes out possibly this month? I can't remember.
Bruno - Mafioso, stand user. His stand, Stick Fingers, allows him to create zippers anywhere. Within the zipper spaces is basically a pocket dimension meaning he can hide himself or anything he wishes in them, travel short distances using them, or reattach missing limbs or heal himself. Played him before...I sometimes have trouble with his voice and I feel intimidated to actually play him since he's such a major character in Golden Wind.
Guess - A complete psycho and stand user. Her stand, Goo Goo Dolls, allows her to willingly change the size of anyone to as big or small as she wants, it does not work on her. She is known for shrinking people down and making them wear the hollowed out corpse of small animals. She treats the person as the animal skin they have been forced into, should the person obey she treats them with love, if they don't or try to run away they will be torn limb from limb by her stand or herself. I've played her before and the downside is that she's fucking nuts! Otherwise lot's of fun.
Foo Fighters - Herself and her stand are one in the same. Her body is made up of plankton but she hides within the skin of an inmate. She dehydrates easily when away from water so is constantly having to drink water, wish she is incredibly protective of, so DON'T TOUCH HER WATER! She can take over the bodies of others completely or just a part of them by using parts of herself. I have played her before and the downside is that she becomes attatched to anyone that will friendly to her.
Jolyne - The protagonist of Stone Ocean. She is the daughter of Jotaro Kujo. She was sent to prison for a crime she didn't commit and while there she discovered her stand, Stone Free. Stone Free basically breaks down Jolyne's body into string allowing her to reach anywhere she might want to. Downside, never played her before.
Jakotsu - Murderous mercenary that is technically dead. He's openly gay, sado-masochistic and hates woman. He has a malicious streak and often if you are the object of his desire you will find yourself at the end of his sword Jakotsuo, which as it's name suggest is very much like a snake. It is able to unfold and strike at distances further to him. The downside to playing him is that he will only know Japanese.

Oh...forgot to mention that all three the Stone Ocean girls could easily be lesbians.
