i'm sure he'd have no idea, since Toph seems pretty adept at getting around. if he did find out... it'd be a surprise. the city's inhabitants never fail to amaze him in some way - i mean, the most insane thing from his world is a blue guy who walks around naked and a giant dead squid :F
