She's not his dimension's Selina, and that's both... good and bad.

On one hand, he knows it can never work out between them, on one level simply because they're native to different dimensions, and he has every intention of one day breaking down the mechanism the teleporter works by and sending everyone back to where and when they belong, but also because they're Batman and Catwoman. It's the reason there will always be something between them, and the reason they'll never work out in the long term, in his eyes.

On the other hand, her differences, her more heroic-- or anti-heroic-- attitude, her knowing his secret makes him feel closer, actually, to her, than he was with the one in his own world. She's still herself enough that there are things she disagrees with him on-- really, deep down he knows he'd hate it if she were everything he asked her to be and that he needs someone to foil him in some respects-- but it's.... easier, with her, than it ever was back in his world.

Of course, there are other issues: That she was closer with the Bruce in her world, that because of her association with him she was targeted by Hush, etc, but what it really boils down to is, yes, he cares for her, and, somewhere in there, he does love her, but there are just too many reasons, rational and irrational that he can't bring himself to ever admit it.

There are two main reasons he loathes you terribly:

a) There is only room in this City for one egotistical, snarky, holier-than-thou genius bastard, god damn it.
b) More importantly, that whole Registration thing--mostly that, in fact.

Well, and to a minor degree,

c) The way you burn through partners like they were made of paper. Call him somewhat old-fashioned.

In any case, he still doesn't know why he bothered saving you, other than the obvious fact that you were in what could have been perceived as danger. He constantly wonders if it would have been far better for him if he hadn't.

But you thanked him, and tried to make him feel better, in a roundabout way, so he can't hate you entirely.

Maybe one day he'll think decently of you. He's not there yet though.

Yeah. There are a bunch of different versions, and it's better to play with a dance pad. They're these plastic-y cloth squares with arrows on them, an up, a down, a right and left. You try and step on them in time to music. It's a lot of fun, and it's way more active than just sitting on your couch and button mashing.

He isn't quite sure what to make of Tank! He dislikes a lot of what she does, ie punching a hole in his building, but he actually thinks she's very insightful, and a fun person! He doesn't mind their conversations, and I think he uses them to keep him grounded, and remind him to be a little bit more of a free spirit every now and then, instead of staying so super serious all the time like he thinks he needs to be!
