What I'd like to avoid: for general opt-out subjects (ie: you do not want villains torturing your character) or subjects that you want to branch from (ie: I have tons of friendly CR already, but I want a rival)

I'd really like to build some negative CR with someone. Lancer is a sort of 'walk the line' hero. So I wouldn't mind it either be with a villian, or a more "upright" hero. Preferably in the form of a rivalry or some form of lasting notoriety.

Definitely! But I haven't really had a chance for Lancer to toe that line yet. So I'll need to earn her badgering somehow.

understandable. she's got a temper anyway, so it can be really easy for her to just go "ugh!!" at him for something she thinks is annoying/bad.
