For example:
Name: That's the character in question.
Canon: This field almost writes itself!
What is your character doing?: The sorts of shenanigans they are up to this very second.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: If Y, how much and in what situation.
Does your character have a job?: If N, would they like one? If Y, are they hiring?
Is your character on a team?: If N, would they like to be?
What kinds of plots are you after?: C&C encompasses the cliches of almost every genre! If you just have a direction you want to take your character, but no specific plots in mind, feel free to list that, too. Mayhap people will brainstorm.
Is your character open for pairings?: If there’s anything you ship, you can list them if you want!!
Powers: List them. Are these powers widely known?
Skills: What are they good at? Fighting, calligraphy, underwater basketweaving, etc? Anything you'd like to work into a plot.
Likes: This also applies to personality traits that they gel with.
Dislikes: Personality traits apply here, too.
Anything else?: Free space for all your tl;dr needs. NOT JUST AN INVITATION TO POST A FUNNY GIF.
GAIUS BALTAR, WORST PROPHET EVER

What is your character doing?: He's job hunting, but not in a too serious way, since he's convinced the City is either some gift for being godly or an elaborate hallucination. This means that he's mostly twirling around in fields of daisies. And drinking.
Are you willing to have your character get hurt?: Yup!
Does your character have a job?: No! I should chat with the all the folks and their scientist-y companies. :>
Is your character on a team?: Nope.
What kinds of plots are you after?: Anything! I'd love it if some villain manipulates him before I leave, though. He's ready-made to help you with your evil plans! Accidentally!
Is your character open for pairings?: Always.
Powers: Creating hallucinatory landscapes for himself and perceiving the future in a completely selfish way. (I'd love for an excuse to use this, too!)
Skills: Science, thinking with his penis, charming, screaming like a little girl.
Likes: Women that can kick his ass, other arrogant assholes, people who praaaaaiiiiise him, staying alive.
Dislikes: People who won't take him seriously, not staying alive.
Anything else?: Same as Katurian. He's going away a week or two into August. :[ If anyone has endgame suggests for him, too, let me know.
