I can never get enough of them, honest to goodness. When I go to the movie theater, I am always like twenty minutes early because what if I miss a trailer. But this is not my personal ramble space - it is a shared ramble space. And so I ask:
Can you share trailers from your canons?
If your canon is of the print variety (gosh, how crazy), print ads are also nifty and fine. I want to see the finest advertisements for the finest canons and the finest characters right now.

STEP ONE ✎ post your characters! Or make a post for all of them. Either way is fine.
STEP TWO ✎ respond to other people's characters with questions or things you want to know about them! Ask about their childhood, their underwear, their first crush, the way they got that scar, whatever.
STEP THREE ✎ answer the questions people ask you with your headcanon! Or actual canon if it's covered there. You could just answer it normally, or you could also go into ridiculous detail, or write a drabble or something! You could illustrate how they got that scar in MS Paint! Just answer the questions okay do it now. Go go go.

Apr. 23rd, 2011 12:35 pmgorytellerHELLO, GUYS. Today is my two year C&Cversary! (Also Gabbie's, so even though she's on hiatus, give her a holler.) I would offer art and writing and gifts, but unfortunately, I've been a little too busy lately to make that worthwhile! However, I would like to ask:
Has anyone ever written up their character's in-game history?
This game has been open for some time, now, and I know that I'd be hopeless trying to follow everyone's plot threads. But I'm genuinely curious! What have your characters gone through since they've arrived? How is their development? Who were their old friends, their old enemies?
If people are interested, we can make this something like the CR charts -- in a week, everyone can return to spam to show off their character's in game history. Something like 'So and so arrived on this day and immediately made friends with Bob, Joe, and Clarence and then, while making dinner, BURNED DOWN THE MAC' with relevant links in relevant places. Like a storybook! Does this make sense? Is this cool?
And guys, man. I have had such a blast in this game. I wanted to sincerely thank you for welcoming me into it. I can't even verbalize how amazing you all are. Where would I be without you? ♥

Do they have friends? Dates? A well-kept list of every old lady they've ever saved from certain doom? Do fans ever come across them and ask for an autograph? Do they keep a public image with television interviews and the like? Did they once hold an NPCt's wife's hand in acid? AT A PARTY? Or do they basically hide away in their own import world?
