the I WISH meme

★ Post with your character. Do not have them wish.
★ Respond to other peoples' characters with your own. At any point during the conversation, they must make a wish pertaining to that character, such as "I wish you would kiss me", or "I wish you would dance naked".
★ The magic words are 'I wish'. As soon as those words are spoken, it will happen, whether the person wishes it or not

[Frank raises an eyebrow at the mention of rocket launchers, and then starts walking toward the nearest diner. None of that starbucks shit for him.]

[Good call. Sarah just nods. All the exits are checked upon entry, the people as well. She orders two coffees--both black because he looks like the type--and slides on into a booth while the waitress grabs cups and Joe. Predictably, she says nothing.]

[Black is exactly how he likes it. Frank settles into the booth and waits for the coffee quietly, surveying the room for any possible threat...or target.]

[She watched everything from the man stuffing sugar into his pockets to the old woman stealing jelly to the little kid getting pancake all over hi face and syrup in his hair while his mother stared at her fashion magazine. Stupid woman, she thought, and then the coffee was set on the table one for the Soldier one for her. Because he was definitely a soldier of some type.

Her fingers curled around the coffee cup and she pulled it in. It was kinda crap coffee, but it was hot.]

[Frank would have to agree that even by his twisted standards the coffee was bad. Still, it was hot and more importantly free. Not that he was hurting for money, but a cup of coffee these days still cost as much as three rounds of 5.56 NATO.]

Thanks for the coffee.
