[Hey, she's not going to cause too much trouble. For now, at least. Since Toph is hidden in the crowd, Azula hasn't noticed her yet. Or maybe she has and is just choosing to ignore her. Which is entirely possible since Azula is really trying to stick with the keeping quiet thing. Not that she wouldn't fight back if Toph decided to pick one, though...]
