Evidently.

[ The rumble of his voice is natural now, even when he's incredibly distracted by... everything around here. It frankly looks like the Cave when he has the time to experiment, with different parts and different machines all over the place.

The sounds and voices are gone. The single voice of the City is gone, faded entirely. No more powers, then- good. Except that it makes it a little difficult to communicate with the Porter.

And find out why the hell he's here instead of Gotham. ]
