1. Post a list of your characters.
2. Find someone else who you have no CR with. I'll grant you having tagged once or twice, even three times if they haven't left an impression, but the point is to find somebody new.
3. Reply to their list of characters with a matchup that you think would be interesting.
4. Mutually resolve to tag each other with said characters.
5. Actually do it.

I am posting this super early so that everyone has a chance to respond today. Or the day after. You are not late.

Aha, that's fine I'm not really good with coming up with specifics either right now.

Both options sound good to me, honestly. If you just want this to be on the comms or they meet up in person it'll work I think.
