While they've never really known each other well personally, Vic is someone Dick definitely respects a lot, and overall he ranks pretty high on his ever-fluctuating trust meter. While initially his pushiness with the Khisanth case really pissed him off, in retrospect it's something Dick is really incredibly grateful for, and he should expect a huge favor in reserve when it counts. :c
