Dark Beast found 96 to be silly and simple, a curious collection of base impulse that he found amusing to prod, but only from a safe distance. 96 seemed far two powerful for more direct study, and any close encounter would be better avoided.

In his normal state of mind, Hank doesn't really like looking back on interactions during that period, and gets way too uncomfortable when he does to adequately characterize their participants.
