Astral has an innate desire to take care of others even when they're way creepier than him! He'll figure a way to give the Negotiator spaghetti. 8| 8| 8|
If he figures out that the Negotiator is an alien, the relationship could change and Astral would be more privy to talk to him than he would be now. Astral is pretty suspicious of humans, especially ones in the City.
I'd imagine it would end horribly, Astral is a wolf with amnesia who thinks he's a sheep.
