selina succeeded in stealing diamonds and so roman is going to take the opportunity to test out stefan! he'll want to uses his talents to smuggle about a quarter of the diamonds to newark. i am not sure if this will be too convoluted, but i am also thinking about maybe roman showing up in disguise/or having a spy in newark to try to sway kinley into betraying his employer BUT I AM OPEN to whatever
