Though the powers would be tricky. maybe just illusions?

The current status of powers has them umbrella'd under three headings: Reality Warping, which includes a good chunk of his abilities to be honest. I'm also cutting out some of his powers and limiting him strictly to the City universe and its off-shoots (ie. 2020 and whatever other AUs may appear in the future) or else he'd just leave whenever he felt like it and that wouldn't be very fun.
