[She's been trying to wiggle the door handle open for the past five minutes, but clearly nothing is going to happen. Nill is more than ready to give up by the time he speaks, and she just turns and slumps against the door, offering him a smile through the gloom. Well it could be worse, she could be stuck in this small room with like, Quentin. But she liked Karkat, didn't really mind being apparently stuck in close quarters with him. She shifts across the room until she's beside him, settling in for what could be a while.]

[ the worst part for karkat is that this situation isn't something he's opposed to. not really. he likes nill. quite a bit more than he should.

[Of course, because she doesn't know, she just assumes that he doesn't want her near him. So she copies him, moves a few inches in the opposite direction. Alright, that was okay. She tries not to let the hurt show on her face. Clearly he was uncomfortable with this situation for whatever reason. So it would probably be best to get them out of it as soon as possible.

A short nod, and she moves forward to press her feet against the door and push with all her might. Not kicking, but it would at least give her an idea of how strong the door was. Nothing moves. She just gives a dejected shake of her head and sits against the wall again, leaving the gap between her and Karkat.]
