UMMMM he's an ex-Marine who now works as Mitch's bodyguard/head of security at City Hall, which is... exactly what he was doing in canon too, haha! He was previously married and has daughters he's pretty fond of. :') He's basically an ordinary guy who needs more ... disruptions in his life! Also, he can shut down peoples' powers (among other things) so IDK if you might wanna do anything with that.

she's an escaped convict from a country that's basically brazil but technically not! and breaks out of an inescapable prison like twelve years after being arrested to find the illegitimate child of her old flame, who's supposed to be dead but totally isn't, and go on a road trip with her to find her dad! personality-wise she's basically really rude and loud and kind of stereotypically anime-hotheaded-character-stupid, but very street-smart and secretly a pretty compassionate and loyal person. she just covers that up by being gruff and foul-mouthed, like, all the time. also, she's really badass and drives a motorbike everywhere, etc etc.
