♠ Step two: respond to other people's characters with your characters.
♦ Step three: they tell you in detail what their character thinks of your character. TL;DR is enouraged; that's how this works.
♣ Optional step four: discuss it with them if you want! Make a big chain of tl;dr if you're up to it.
♥ Step five: other people do the same thing to you! Maybe you even harvest your tl;dr to use in a CR chart later.

hank and curt!

Curt respects Hank so much. He'd love to just sit down and talk shop with the man. He respects his ideas and considers him an intellectual equal. He also is astonishingly thankful for Hank's patience because Connors completely fails at superhero worlds. And now that he's out of NOHoPE he can kind of see 'wow, I was being a bit of a needless martyr back there' and Hank stood beside him and helped him out anyway (hindsight's a bitch).

That being said, he will be actively avoiding Hank for a while because arrrrgh he won't want to be friends with me after Hank's row with Shadow-Curt. Eventually, Curt's gonna man-up and apologize but right now he's still kind of in the 'panic panic what do' type of stage.
