The answer is kind of, kind of not! He hasn't actually engaged with any imported ~young ladies~ who completely fit his victim profile, though let's be real Brian's a pragmatist!! he'll take what he can get, and the fact that any PCs he kills a.) straight-up won't stay dead b.) will probably garner a vast network of pissed off friends with superpowers has so far kept him from being super gung ho about actually thinking up a wishlist. Even though he's a remorseless murderer who gets really impulsive really fast, he generally tries to cover his ass! When it comes to NPCs, though, he not only has a list, he's actively working on picking off the person at the top.

On the other hand, anyone who has referenced his comm username is totally on that list. FELICIA, YOU ARE DEAD TO HIM.

He didn't actually choose it! The real reason is I thought it was funny, but the IC explanation is that Brian tried to get a secondary communicator for all his cryptic courier bullshit and not register it to a name. As we all know, Lachesis doesn't stand for that shit, so after like a 15 minute standoff full of really loud elevator music she registered it to that ID.

What's Michiko's ideal life? Alternatively: her morning (or evening) self-care routine. TELL ME.

At her core, what Michiko wants from the world is to care for and be cared for by people who she loves, and although that matures from her ridic ideas about Hiroshi earlier on in the show to a more realistic viewpoint that's always going to be her ideal. So her ideal life would be to reunite with Hana and Hiroshi, who would have learned from Hana's example like she did and therefore not be a huge prick, and live a long, happy life surrounded by them and other people she cares about. It really doesn't get more complicated than that! She's been on the run for so long, or, uh, had been on the run for so long since we're talking C&C that I don't think she ever had a fully articulated idea of what it would even be like once she got to the end of the trip. One of the themes of the show is actually... that it's the journey rather than where you're going that matters AND THAT'S PART OF WHY SHE'S SO UNSATISFIED IN THE CITY BUT MAN WHATEVER I'M ENDING THIS SENTENCE NOW.

Also it would be in Brazil because Jesus Christ this weather just kill her now.

HONESTLY PROBABLY NOTHING COULD DO IT ENTIRELY she pretty much never lets things go so she'll never stop thinking about Hatchin, but forming a lot of meaningful relationships that are similar to those she treasures, i.e. being a shitty mentor to polite little kids, falling in love with someone, and finding some lawful(ish) thing to do that she's actually good at would go a long way!
