If you honestly don't think she loved you, then whatever material your think pan is constructed of must give lead quite the competition. [ because it's dense. ]

I try not to think about whether she did or not -- or why she ever would. Not that it matters, because it sucks either way.

Well, if you're going to insist on being a self-deprecatory idiot about it, then allow me to settle this for you. She did, and that much was obvious to anyone who saw the two of you together. She showed concern and care for you, because she saw something in you worthy of it. Calling that into question does little to respect the memory of her affection.

Particularly when that memory is all you have remaining, unfortunate though that may be.
