[ she won't point out that most of the time she spent with those teenagers was used to devise various ways to kill them. that seems inappropriate for the situation. so, instead, as if this has all suddenly become rather straight-forward: ]

Then the solution is simple and painless. It would be logical to implement it and secure our prompt release.

[deductives]

[Simple and logical, surely. He can't argue that. As for painless, well. Physically, no, but otherwise, Sherlock isn't so sure. His pride is already bruised by being locked in a closet, though, so this would make little difference.]

Right. [He cautiously puts a hand on her shoulder.] ...Have you done this before?

[ if she finds it to be socially uncomfortable at all, she doesn't show it, merely considering him with her heavy stare. she lets him put his hand on her shoulder without reciprocating the touch or rejecting it.

I have been kissed sparingly before. Is that sufficient experience?

[deductives]

[Sparingly. It's a fitting term for him as well. Her lack of reaction is interesting. No tensing but no yielding either. Somehow, that made it a little less nerve wracking.]

No, that-- doesn't matter. I was just curious. [He huffs a bit.] I doubt experience would make any difference in helping us escape.

Experience is sometimes not as practical as we might hope it would be.

[ her tone hardly fluctuates, but it isn't particularly unfriendly-- just steady. steady seems to be a good word for her, at least right now, especially considering the circumstances. ]

Do you wish to proceed?

[deductives]

[Again, he can't argue, which says quite a bit. Sherlock argues about nearly anything.]

Not many other options available.

[His other hand lifts her chin. To some, her lack of pupils would be unsettling, but upon closer inspection, Sherlock just finds it fascinating. What was taken into consideration, he wonders, in transforming her? He leans in and lightly presses his lips to hers, eyes still half open and watching hers for a reaction.]

[ she's still at first, permissive more than reciprocating-- but this body is more instinctively responsive than her mechanical one, and there's no helping the light flutter of her eyelashes, or the slight quickening of her pulse despite her stillness.

finally, she reaches to loosely grasp his clothes, tilting her head to kiss him back a little harder. ]

[He feels every movement, and it surprises him somewhat. Then again, even if she had been a robot at some point, Danger can't stop the automatic functions of the human body.

Sherlock's hands slowly slide from her shoulders and down her arms as his eyes finally close. It's only slightly darker than the closet, anyway. And just like Danger can't stop her body's reactions, Sherlock can't help the muffled grunt he makes when she deepens the kiss. He matches her pace-- he's not one to be outdone, even in matters he doesn't typically dabble in.]

[ she kisses with just a faint edge of aggression, bordering between firm and hard -- more instinctive than conscious, a tip of the hat to the innate reflex of a combat machine -- and exploratory, almost curious.

in a way that's almost experimental, she sinks her teeth just so into the softness of his lower lip. ]

[She's much more forward than Sherlock expected. Humanity has a way of changing things, though; he's familiar with that. He can tell this is like an experiment to her, and really, he can appreciate that. Even if it is a bit out of his typical test range.

Sherlock lets her bite him, though it does pull a small gasp from the back of his throat. He pulls away after a moment, but soon moves in again to kiss her again with matching roughness.]
