[ he jerks in archer's grasp, sucking in a wheezing gasp as he struggles to stay upright. his good hand lifts, clumsily attempting to free himself as he ducks his head to hide the ruined side of his face. ]

I-- Hospital? [ what is he talking about? ] I wasn't-- [ something squirms in his gut, and his vision goes black around the edges, horror and disgust leaving bile in his throat. he's not sure he'll ever adjust to the defilement. ] A hospital.. can't help.

[ His voice is bored. ]

If you've had a stroke, you should seek medical attention as soon as possible, and stop this nonsense about "a hospital...can't help."

[ His gaze sharpens. ]

If you've fooled with magic and ruined yourself in the process, I should take you to my Master instead.

[ he laughs, the sound choked and painful, hand clenching over his mouth to muffle the ugly sound of it. 'fooled with magic' is certainly one way to put it. but.. 'master'? a servant? ]

I'm-- fine. [ it's a lie and they both know it, but what can anyone really do about it? he's been dying since the start of all this. ] I just-- I just don't.. quite know where I'm going.

Would it be too trite to say "you're going straight to Hell, at this rate"?

[ He shrugs, though he doesn't let go of Kariya first, so the movement will jar him as well. ]

It's your choice. I can drop you off at a hospital, or bring you to Rin.

[ he sucks in a pained breath at the movement, squeezing his good eye shut until it passes. it seems strange now to think that he'd once been well enough that movement had just been that-- movement. not another way to torment himself.

the name makes him stiffen faintly, unfocused gaze lifting to the.. he has to be a servant, though kariya doesn't recognize him. he knows it isn't her, of course; his rin is just a little girl, and certainly not a master. but.. even so, the thought of her being here makes something in his chest clench. ]

Please, just-- I'm very tired.

[ If Archer had any idea who he was dealing with, he probably wouldn't have dropped the name at all. As it is, he speaks casually. ]

Yeah, but if you go and die here, I'll probably wind up cleaning it up. It's less of a pain to have you tended to before that happens.

Someone will have to dispose of your corpse. Won't that be a pain? They might even be traumatized by it.
