Kirei will be canon updating, and I think afterward he'll be more motivated for a more deliberately villainous cause, so this is something I want on the plate -- since it is indeed very dark, but he can easily excuse it as being an 'accident' so the entire City doesn't want him dead afterward tysm.

I'd love the idea of it building with our CR! If we want to escalate it faster, I'm sure we can add in a third party, but I was thinking of keeping it simple for now. LIKE I SAID nothing concrete right this second, I just wanted to poke you if this is something you'd like to try down the road!! We can play it by ear with how our CR goes?
