In which Zero cannot decide anything ever.
Guys.
GUYS.
I'M HALWAY THROUGH MY TERM.
/waves arms in air like she just doesn't care
Despite the fact that that hiatus was a total lie, I'm back and I have ridiculous tl;dr about who I should apply for next, C&C.
I'm giving them song titles instead of codenames because I like to pretend I'm intelligent.
MYSTERY BOX #1 - Witch Hunt
Powers: Flight, weather control, moderate shapeshifing, telekinesis, goo. I'd be cutting down on some of these, most likely. Seeing as they almost never get used, that might not be necessary, but better safe than sorry.
Pros // This is a muse I'm really comfortable with, have been using on and off for a long time, and know the canon of like the back of my hand. Like, to the point where I can recite bits of it on command. Long bits. Chapters. I've been wanting to let them loose in here for a while, and playing them comes kind of naturally. Yes if you know this character you know it's a bad thing, shhhhh. Also, not a thing like any of my current puppets.
Cons // Maybe a little too naturally. It could almost approach the border of a self-insert. Which is not why I want to play them. I'm also not as enthusiastic about them. It's be fun, but I'm not foaming at the mouth to play them anymore. Not to mention, they are the least social creature ever. Hermity characters that are already here? I guarantee this one is worse by far. I've played them before (poorly, at the time), and I know for a fact how hard it can be to force them into action.
MYSTERY BOX #2 - Takes Me Nowhere
Powers: Being a Ninja, Confusion field (makes you slightly dumber - no lasting effects), Impossible Hair
Pros // Incredibly active muse, will not leave me alone oh my god. Incredibly entertaining to play, at least to me. I know the canon... Pretty well? Personality-wise, I think they'd fit in here really well. This is the one that I currently want to play most, I'm just worried about how it'd turn out. Yes I know I'm paranoid. I revel in it.
Cons // Really, really spotty backstory. Not a prominent canon character, so while I have enough to go on from the surface, lack of details will slowly drive me batshit. Or I'd end up with a lot of headcanon orz. I also don't know how their goals would translate into this world. I'm so worried this muse will die oh my god. :[
MYSTERY BOX #3 - The Geeks Were Right
Powers: Either PAPER BAGS (if they write something on a paper bag and put it over their head, people see them as whatever they wrote - good for getting into parties). Or OVERACTIVE IMAGINATION (can manifest figments smaller than a breadbox into tangible, often living, things. Would be used to make a lot of donuts).
Pros // Their name would be THE PAPER BAG BROTHER. Also I would have a character who canonly says things like "Guys, we're going on a roadtrip! The point is to pick up chicks, so no talking about things like, say, buttsex. ... Teehee, buttsex."
Cons // ... Yeah this one is pretty gimmicky. Also, it can be hard to be that random. Not a terribly active muse, and a bit difficult. Would either be 100% crack or just sort of GROW SOME DEPTH?
WHICH OF THESE WOULD YOU WANT HANGING AROUND WITH YOUR CHARACTERS, GUYS? NO PEEKING IN THE MYSTERY BOXES.

YOUR VERDICT, C&C?
