... he was doing a book signing at my university on a day I didn't have classes, but was still on campus.

I found out about twenty minutes after I left campus on my two-hour no-way-back commute.

It was too much awesome in one room, really.

That made my evening. He and Gaiman were trying to one-up each other in general and it was amazing.
