I would have to disagree, weather manipulation if a fairly large and destructive power, no matter how long it lasts.

At any rate, he won't be raining doom and gloom on the city for no reason, so. I really hope there isn't a problem here, because turning him into a human would be. Kind of no fun for me in the least.

I think I can fairly safely say: yes. you will.

You have an oddly defined sense of what is horrific and non-horrific, if you think brief instances of raining mysteriously vanishing frogs and blood is less scary than constant dowsing.

Uh, I doubt it. But if you feel like you need to be anon to talk to me, then so be it; what I consider horrific and non-horrific isn't what we're discussing here, however, so please kindly leave it out of the conversation.

Now, if you genuinely have a complaint about how powerful Lucifer is, or feel that I'm abusing his powerset somehow, then please tell me. I'm all ears.
