Looks like McClane is stepping up to the chief of police, so I just wanna get my ducks in a row OOCly so I can play it right and get stuff in order.

SO, please add to this if I'm forgetting something or someone.

Also, if cops could give me a brief synopsis of who they are and what their powers here are (which the chief would have to know to judge who gets what cases, but I'm fuzzy on) just so I know how to play off them, I'd love you for it. THANK YOU!

Lamont Cranston / The Shadow is a dispatcher since he has no useful policing skills and is from the era where radio is king. Power is hypnotic invisibility, with a side of extremely limited superspeed that I've never used and am not planning to use any time soon.

Howdy! Kyle Reese has just volunteered to become part of the police force. He's asked McClane not to give him an office job, and would rather be on the steets -- working as a 'shadow', doing patrols, and toting around a shotgun (which McClane said he could provide since Kyle can't afford one himself right now).

He doesn't know yet what his powers are, though he's becoming vaguely aware of one of them. The Rube Goldberg Effect (the one he's unaware of) looks, in practice, just like EXTREME luck. His other power, mental quickness, means he is capable of processing his surroundings, contingency plans, etc, about 25 times quicker than a normal human, resulting in the ability to think on his feet, react way faster, and understand what's going down in a clusterfuck situation way sooner than anybody else in a room.
