Unless she rustled up another posse or something. She has this creepy doll quality where she really doesn't do anything unless someone pages her. (I mean, which was it, the Jigoku Shounen ep where she was all "Can't do anything, noone asked me to" as he was kicking her ass?)

Uuunleeess you take her from... say... the near end of the 2nd season/show. Or even near the end o the first, depending.

well, i'd be avoiding the actual access to hell angle as much as possible because it's kind of godmodey and none of the other supernatural dudes have it, but i would also probably be taking her from the beginning of the third season, where she's already faced her own death! and is possessing Yuzuki.

I never got around to starting the 3rd season, sadly, so clueless there.

So I guess the question would be how to play her with her main motivation gone? [unless that's changed in 3rd season, I dunno?]

well, her super powerful motivation in the first two seasons seemed to be freeing her parents' souls from the spider, and when she dies she does that. I'M STILL A LITTLE CONFUSED AS TO WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE THIRD SEASON :| WHICH IS NOT A GOOD THING TO ADMIT but i am only like 11 episodes in. BUT. the way i see it, the reason ai is such a hideous emotionless freak is because she's slowly shut herself down. her bffls say that outright; she had to destroy all the vulnerable, compassionate parts of herself in order to carry out her duty, but we do see her enjoying the finer things of life. like cherries. every fucking episode. she's not completely devoid of superficial traits, or even of acts of mercy, she just has all the personality of a coma victim.

also, we know that she's not content to stay disembodied and purposeless, and given the high quantity of hell-related dudes in the city, she would probably, in her own very passive way, try to incorporate herself into their shenanigans--because the concept of a world where the presence of hell and her duty is absent is just. what. she must know what is going down.

BASICALLY I SEE LOTS OF OPEN LOGS AND STALKING IN THE FUTURE.
