THE GOOD NEWS:
Dell claims my english and gloriously fast computer will be fixed by the end of next week.


THE BAD NEWS:
Among many other things going wrong with it, ends up the hard-drive was burned to a crisp (MOTHERBOARD TOO 8D FANTASTIC DAY), long story about how that happened, blame it on an individual by the name of Greg.
Anyhoo. I will lose... all information on my computer. Including SIMS stuff. ... ... /SIGH
Okay so... yeah. Everything. I kept putting off backing up the files and now you know better by my example.

Are you going to add all the characters this round?

I added them as I was able to last time - each time I loaded up the game, another ten were added, based upon the simplicity of creating the characters. Characters with odd hairstyles, clothing styles, etc were put on queue until custom content was created.

Considering just how many characters are in the game, I can't promise that EVERYONE will be added - that's just not possible.

I apologize if I came off anything other than curious. XD;; I just never saw some of my favorite chars was all, and was curious if you were adding new ones.

I totally understand you can't add them all. ♥ I do love seeing your posts though. Any idea when your game is going to be uploaded again?

Also - what version of Sims3 did you get? I'm curious as to what the difference between the regular and anniversary or collectors or wtf edition is.

I honestly can't say when the game will be up and running again, simply because the system I run it on, well, is in pieces on my bedroom floor until the Dell guy comes back next week to fix it! After that I have to reinstall it, redownload the custom content, recreate the city (this time with more of a New York vibe if I can)... and then put up a post for people to request their characters, now that they know how the game works.
I really wish I had a time window, but I don't.

Ah, I got the Collector's Edition. It came with some really awesome extra content, plus this kickass USB drive that looks like the little green plumbob (diamonds) over their heads. Holds about 2GB I think? I'll be copying over all the characters to that now, so I don't lose them all again.
