This was probably posted somewhere but I wasn't sure if it was tagged someplace easy to find, so.

How do sponsored accounts work again? And to get back to LJ's original layout? Thanks if someone can fill me in.

Go to account, 2nd tab, turn on the Cyrillic opt in.

Go to : http://www.livejournal.com/sponsors/choose_sponsor.bml Try and find a layout that does not suck. (Moterrolla has Russian built in, I regret picking it. Intel had the best layout, but seems full. So sad. )

Do that whole sponsoring thingi.

Go back to account. Turn off Cyrillic opt in.

Account, Display, Opt-in to Cyrillic services; Manage Account/Account status, choose sponsored, choose a sponsor, go back to account/display, uncheck opt-in.

You'll keep the sponsored account, but things will go back to English on the main site.
