Katurian pities him for his childhood, but he mostly envies him. He's able to tell that Alex has had some really awful things happen to him, and yet he seems reasonably well-adjusted and apparently in control over his own life, which, unfortunately, can barely be said for Katurian these days.

Kiryu, in many ways, has become a scapegoat for his problems in the City, even more so than Saitou. He was supposed to be dead. He was supposed to be an easily tied up loose end. In fact, Cavil barely even considered him worthwhile at first, just another test subject that he was going to use and throw away like all the others. That he overlooked the City's resurrection abilities frustrates him to no end, and that this oversight led to a messy death even more so.

THAT BEING SAID, YEAH, HE STILL HATES HIM. He's pleased that he was killed in the explosion, but not as satisfied as he would've been if he could do it with his own hands... and that he can't without endangering himself adds even more fuel to the fire. The hate, though, is more for the idea of him (and what he's done, re: lost memories) than the actual person, who Cavil's too cocky and too tied up in his own revenge fantasies to really get to know.

A LOT OF WHAT I SAID ABOUT HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH KIRYU CAN BE APPLIED TO SAITOU, especially the whole scapegoat thing. In contrast to Kiryu, though, who Cavil hates for his actions (and the mistakes Cavil personally made dealing with them), he genuinely dislikes Saitou as a person. He doesn't like that his tone is hard to read. He doesn't like that he's difficult to manipulate. He doesn't like that he's not afraid. Cavil knows he's weaker than Saitou, and this drives him up the wall, because he's not used to feeling weaker than his enemies. It's even worse that he's human.

Yeah, Remus sort of gave up on keeping his condition quiet because so many people seem to already know about it anyway. It's all but impossible to play a Harry Potter character without at least some minor fourth walling since other medias mention the books and characters. He'll be surprised and interested in hearing about the Torc in her world, however.

He sort of reminds him of his father, in that over-bearing, stand up for what you believe in - even if it kills you, has trouble seeing the grey sometimes, kind of way.

You are one of the friendliest and sweetest woman he's ever met and you remind him a lot of his cousin - who has been an OC since I entered the fandom so yeah. Also, the whole being able to transform into a cat reminds me him Minerva. Always a plus. He'd gladly chill during the full moon with her in cat form.

Remus thinks of George as a sort of student. Except he's not really teaching him anything, unless how to act dismissive about being a werewolf. He was a bit :| about the whole once again being recognized as a fictional character, but he mostly ignores that now, anyway.

You're a teacher, so that automatically earns you a lot of respect, and you seem intelligent and far too kind. I don't think Remus being a werewolf is a secret considering Marvel canon is aware of the Harry Potter novels, so he's probably at least aware that she doesn't seem bothered by it, which really helps. Actually, in general the attitudes he runs into here are a breath of fresh air.

No but like. Danny is a good guy and a good-natured guy and Jason likes that about him. He feels like their relationship could be uncomplicated UNLIKE EVERY OTHER RELATIONSHIP IN HIS LIFE and friendly as long as he doesn't bring up his work very often. Despite being a TOUGH GUY ZOMG and everything he kind of stuck to the first person who showed him any vague friendliness and that was Danny. :B He would like to have a bro. A bro UNLIKE HIS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING "REAL" BROTHERS.

Also Jason finds the whole Iron Fist thing fascinating (hurr hurr).

And yeah, she's a con artist more than an agent. Which has similar skills but isn't really the same.

Gert isn't really mad at Nico, she's more, hurt, confused, jealous. Even though she has forgiven her for the whole Chase thing, it doesn't mean she's forgotten it, and she really died without closure in the Chase area of her life, so. (I mean, obviously she still loved him, but hopeless tragic final gestures aren't the same thing as actually dealing with your issues.) Nico's gone off and made all these new friends, and Gert died before the YA ever entered the picture, so it just...makes her confused, all these things they did without her. Confused and sad and lonely. But she doesn't know how to express that so it comes off as being all prickly and sarcastic and mean. But her self-esteem issues are deep.

She still thinks of Nico as her best friend.

Natasha also has a real distaste for using sexuality to lure men into doing things!!

But she does it anyway so. Is not saying anything about that.

Also, my frustrations at Natasha being kidnapped by Osborn 3 times in the same month largely to motivate her off-screen boyfriend: let me show you them.

He doesn't really have a bead on Cavil beyond 'intelligent, ruthless, handy Coalition member'. The Major doesn't know what Cavil wants or how much he knows about how the Major wants. His inquisitive nature makes the Major wary of him, but damn is he good to scheme with.

Once, a friend of hers accused her of doing that to him and she really took offense. She likes using it as a distraction more than anything.

Three times? Wow.
