She thinks he's a total dumbass, but a competent dumbass. The last part is something that she would only admit out loud UNDER EXTREME DURESS, but hey. She also likes taking the piss out of him! Because Atsuko likes taking the piss out of... pretty much anyone and now that Optimus is gone and Sentinel is all high-up she needs new targets.
