Bucky is pretty sure he likes Tank.

Like, 95% sure. I mean, Nazi hating is a definite plus, and there's a lot of what she talks about that's really familiar to him, and she's one of the few people in the City that he gets that from.

But most of the time he still doesn't understand what she's saying.
