Mary reminds Delirium of when she was Delight and conjures up a lot of memories that Delirium's not always sure what she should do with. In her moments of lucidity she worries that maybe someday she'll hurt her, but those moments are few and far between because Mary is pretty and bright and makes Delirium think of flowers blooming.
