THIS IS SOMEWHAT COMPLICATED.

Bucky doesn't like Tony for two reasons: he kind of dislikes the Avengers, and also, he dislikes people knowing more about his future than he does. His Avengers issues were basically based around Steve showing up and deciding to reform that team instead of the Invaders, an obviously superior team, and his Steve-jealous issues. Bucky is overprotective of Steve, basically!! It's not Tony's fault. It's also not really Tony's fault he's from the future, but Bucky will hold a grudge, anyway. Because, yeah, having a secret that big in the hands of someone you don't really know is is problematic.

So Bucky is pretty pre-disposed to dislike Tony for things that actually aren't his fault. Then a couple times Tony has tried to explain to him what happened in Civil War, which is just something he's not ready to comprehend or even think about, really. He's not sure if Tony wants his approval or forgiveness or what, there. It just confuses him, he doesn't want to deal with it. It's also lame that Tony won't explain the details of how Steve died, because Bucky would totally volunteer for 60 years of KGB assassin duty if it meant he could save Steve. Why won't you tell him the one thing about the future that he wants to know? Lame-o.

ALL OF THIS SAID, he doesn't actually dislike Tony. He's just kind of neutral + cautious towards him. He keeps a gruff demeanor because he can tell Tony's the manipulative type, but, he's also pretty sure his intentions aren't bad. (And he would actually be pro-reg so, haha, if he knew what it was.) He's sort of grown to hate Osborn, and he knows Tony really hates Osborn so that is a plus.

He kind of wants to ask him what Natasha looks like.
