Edgeworth has forgiven Kenobi for what occurred during Desire week; it doesn't help any that he did the same thing himself the next day, and therefore can not stand to be a hypocrite. Besides, they were all beyond their own control.

He misses speaking on the more philosophical aspects of life, as well as having an actual friend who is actually somewhat close to his own age, and is curious as to whether or not Kenobi would be interested in helping suggest some things for the bookstore, if Remus manages to open it.
